Responsibilities:
- Handle sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure food hygiene and safety.
- Ensure professional and courteous behavior in all customer interactions.
- Report customer feedback, concerns, or complaints to management promptly for appropriate follow-up.
Requirements:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Friendly, approachable, and customer-service oriented.
- Must be punctual and consistent
- Previous experience in retail or sales is an advantage but not required.
