We’re looking for B2B SaaS Sales Representatives who are confident, results-driven, and passionate about helping businesses adopt technology that transforms how they work. This role focuses on showcasing the value of our SaaS product to SMEs, founders, and decision-makers. You will be responsible for conducting product demos, managing leads, following up with prospects, closing sales, and representing MBZ Technology as the first point of contact for businesses seeking modern digital tools. If you enjoy communicating with people, explaining solutions clearly, and turning interest into revenue, this role is a perfect fit. You do not need a strict tech background; what you need is strong communication, confidence, and the ability to learn quickly.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct product demos and walkthroughs for SMEs and prospective clients.
  • Convert inbound and outbound leads into paying customers.
  • Build strong relationships with prospects to understand their business needs.
  • Explain the benefits and features of our SaaS product in a simple, relatable way.
  • Manage your pipeline, track leads, and follow up consistently.
  • Communicate customer feedback to the team to improve the product and sales experience.
  • Represent MBZ Technology with professionalism and enthusiasm.


Requirements:

  • Are confident speaking to business owners, managers, and decision-makers.
  • Can explain how digital tools solve everyday business problems.
  • Are comfortable running online demos and guiding prospects through our SaaS product.
  • Have strong follow-up skills and can convert leads into paying customers.
  • Communicate clearly, professionally, and persuasively.
  • Are target-driven and enjoy achieving measurable results.
  • Can learn quickly and adapt to a fast-moving SaaS environment.
  • Have experience in sales, customer-facing roles, or B2B interactions (SaaS experience is a plus but not required).
