Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Identify and prospect potential customers through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Present and explain Shapperly's services to prospective customers, emphasizing the benefits and value of our home repair plan and tradespeople connection services.
- Understand customer needs and tailor sales presentations accordingly.
- Close sales and manage the entire sales process from lead generation to contract signing.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute sales strategies.
- Track and report on sales performance, including sales forecasts and pipeline management.
- Attend industry events and trade shows to promote Shapperly's offerings.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to effectively position Shapperly in the market.
