Responsibilities:
Customer Service and Styling:
- Greet everyone warmly as they walk in.
- Listen to client needs and suggest matching outfits.
- Style items together to cross-sell accessories or shoes.
- Share details on fabric, care, and sizing.
Sales and Daily Operations:
- Meet or beat daily and weekly sales goals.
- Process cash and card payments accurately.
- Handle exchanges or returns smoothly.
- Inform shoppers about ongoing sales or special promos.
Store Maintenance:
- Restock empty racks and fold clothes neatly.
- Keep the fitting rooms clean and clear of clutter.
- Tag new inventory and check for damage.
- Report low stock or popular items back to you.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification of SSCE
- 2 years of previous experience in a similar role
