Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Warmly welcome customers, answer inquiries, and assist them in finding the right products.
- Handle sales transactions accurately and provide receipts/invoices.
- Maintain a deep understanding of our products to offer helpful advice to customers.
- Maintain and build strong relationships with existing customers to ensure retention.
- Provide detailed reports on sales activities, market trends, and customer feedback.
- Conduct product demonstrations and effectively communicate value propositions.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1–3 years of proven experience in sales or business development.
- Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a "can-do" attitude and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Preferable a male
