Sales Representative
Job summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Sales Representative to promote and sell the company's products or services, develop strong customer relationships, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, generating leads, closing deals, and maintaining excellent customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through prospecting, networking, and referrals
- Promote and sell the company's products and services to prospective customers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and sales meetings
- Negotiate prices, contracts, and sales agreements with customers
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and performance goals
- Follow up on leads and convert prospects into customers
- Provide excellent customer service and after-sales support
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and transactions
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences
- Prepare regular sales reports and updates for management
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to support business growth
Requirements:
- Minimum of OND / HND / Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, or customer-facing roles is an advantage
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong persuasion and relationship management abilities
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM tools is an advantage
