Responsibilities:
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking, social media, and walk-in customer engagement.
- Greet and assist customers, providing detailed information about products or services to help them make informed purchasing decisions.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets to contribute to company growth.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Ensure the sales floor or showroom is well-stocked, organized, and reflects the brand’s professional image.
- Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, customer feedback, and daily activity reports.
- Handle financial transactions accurately and ensure all sales documentation is completed correctly.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3–5 years of verifiable experience in sales, preferably within retail, real estate, or professional service sectors.
- A Bachelor’s degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to persuade and influence clients.
- Proficiency in using Point of Sale (POS) systems and basic Microsoft Office (Excel/Word).
- Polished appearance, a confident personality, and a customer-centric mindset.
- Must reside in or around Utako or easily accessible districts within Abuja to ensure punctuality.
Location: Utako, Abuja.
Renumeration: NGN 150,000
Work mode: Full-Time (Monday – Saturday).
