Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned territories.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Present and promote company products and services to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of sales agreements.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Prepare and deliver sales reports and forecasts to management.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (production, logistics, and customer service) to ensure client needs are met.
  • Stay up to date with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.



Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, preferably within the manufacturing or industrial sector.
  • Strong client relationship management and customer service skills.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Social Media Marketing.
  • Knowledge of Email marketing (preferred)
  • Willingness to travel as required.
  • Proximity to the Ajah-VGC axis
