Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers warmly and provide excellent service throughout their shopping experience.
- Assess customers’ needs and recommend suitable skincare, makeup, and beauty products.
- Demonstrate product application techniques (e.g., skincare routines, makeup tutorials).
- Maintain strong product knowledge across all brands and categories.
- Ensure product displays, shelves, and testers are clean, attractive, and fully stocked.
- Assist with in-store promotions, product launches, and live demos.
- Build long-term relationships with customers to encourage loyalty and repeat purchases.
- Handle customer complaints politely and professionally, escalating when necessary.
Requirements:
- Minimum OND.
- 2 years of previous experience in a similar role.
