Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers and provide personalised shopping assistance.
- Recommend products and offer styling advice based on customer needs.
- Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system.
- Maintain attractive product displays and ensure the store is clean and organised.
- Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Keep up to date with new arrivals, promotions, and fashion trends.
- Assist with stock replenishment, inventory counts, and receiving new stock
- Handle customer enquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
- Prepare daily sales reports as required by management.
Requirements:
- A minimum of an OND in any discipline.
- Minimum of 2 years' of experience in retail sales, preferably within a fashion store.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for fashion and customer service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Well-groomed, professional appearance, and positive attitude
- Candidates must reside in or close to Ikeja GRA, Lagos, to ensure punctuality and ease of commuting.
