Job summary
The Sales Assistant is responsible for attending to customers, promoting products, and supporting daily store operations to improve customer satisfaction and increase sales performance.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide accurate information about products, prices, and promotions
- Arrange and restock products on shelves
- Process sales transactions and handle payments
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages
- Promote special offers and new arrivals
- Handle customer complaints politely and escalate when necessary
- Assist in stock taking and inventory control
- Support the achievement of daily and monthly sales targets
Requirements:
- Minimum of SSCE qualification
- Previous retail or sales experience is an advantage
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly appearance and positive attitude
- Basic numerical skills for handling cash
- Honest, reliable, and customer-focused
- Ability to work flexible hours if required
