Sales Representative

• Welcome and assist customers, providing a premium and personalized shopping experience.
• Drive sales by understanding customer needs and recommending suitable luxury gift items.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of products, pricing, and promotions.
• Handle transactions accurately using POS systems.
• Track daily sales, stock levels, and customer data using Microsoft Excel.
• Prepare basic sales reports, inventory logs, and performance summaries.
• Support stock management, including receiving, labeling, and restocking products.
• Ensure the store is visually appealing and well merchandised at all times.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with repeat and high-value customers.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1–3 years’ experience in retail sales, preferably in a luxury or premium retail environment.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data entry, basic formulas, tracking, and reporting).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales and customer service orientation.
• Good presentation and a professional demeanor.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment, including weekends if required.
• High level of attention to detail and organization.
