Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify potential customers through various methods including networking, cold calling, and referrals.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Product Knowledge: Gain a deep understanding of the products and services offered by the company to effectively present them to prospective clients.
- Sales Presentations: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective customers, showcasing the benefits and features tailored to their needs.
- Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms of agreements, close sales, and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately.
- Achieving Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas.
- Market Research: Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new sales opportunities.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, and client interactions, and submit regular sales reports to management.
- Customer Feedback: Gather customer feedback and work with the sales and product teams to improve offerings and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Experience: 3-5 years of proven experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Education: HND/Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with CRM software and sales processes.
- Attributes: Highly motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently or as part of a team
