The Sales Rep will be responsible for converting qualified leads into paying customers, building strong client relationships, and ensuring a smooth transition from prospect to client. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to maximize conversion rates, meet sales targets, and contribute to the overall growth of the organization

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Engage with qualified leads and effectively close sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to foster repeat business and referrals.
- Understand client needs and present tailored solutions that align with company offerings.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure profitable deals.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed monthly/quarterly targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities using CRM tools.
- Provide feedback from prospects and customers to improve sales strategies.
Requirements:
- Sales Closer, Sales Executive, or Business Development Executive.
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Minimum of OND/HND/Bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing or a related field
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient under pressure
