Responsibilities:
- Identify Business Opportunities for the company that guarantee optimum profit within our risk acceptance criteria in the financial services space.
- Grow the market across all spheres of the company’s product.
- Ensure profitable sales of all our products and services meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Grow the Client (Customer) via product marketing.
- Originate and drive business for the company.
- Always Benchmark other financial institutions marketing strategy for adoption by our company.
- Review and analysis of weekly performance.
- Aggressive loan recovery for any risk asset.
- Creative ideas and strategy for sales increased productivity.
Requirements:
- Years of Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years.
- Non-Negotiable Skills: Candidates must have previously worked or are currently working in the financial industry with cognisance of loan processes.
- Educational Qualification: Minimum academic qualification of an HND/Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, economics, or a related field.
- Industry Preference: Financial Industry (Finance Firm).
- Gender Preference: Open to both.
- Interview Stages: At least 2 stages of physical sessions.
Benefits:

Location: Oniru-Lekki, Lagos
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 am - 5 pm.
