Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Manage sales channels, including direct selling to schools and overseeing retail outlets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive loyalty and repeat business.
- Document marketing and sales activities, ensuring accurate records and timely reporting.
- Prepare and present sales and marketing reports to track performance and inform strategy.
- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries across all sales channels promptly and professionally.
Requirements:
- A minimum of OND (Ordinary National Diploma)
- At least 1 year of work experience in a related field will be an advantage
- Effective communication skills
- Digital literacy skills
- Ability to work well in a team
