Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Provide friendly and knowledgeable assistance to customers, both in-person and over the phone
- Respond promptly to clients' inquiries, concerns, and complaints, and work to resolve issues in a timely and effective manner
- Actively engage with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and recommend appropriate products and services
- Collaborate with the sales team to generate new leads, schedule appointments, and close sales
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and sales activities
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay informed of product updates, company policies, and industry trends
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-5 years of experience in a customer service or sales role, preferably in a retail or service-based environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Proficient with Digital marketing and Social media.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Availability to work Monday to Friday
