Job summary
The Sales Representative is responsible for generating revenue by identifying new customers, maintaining existing client relationships, and promoting the company’s products or services. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, providing excellent customer service, and supporting overall business growth.

- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities and leads
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key accounts
- Present, promote, and demonstrate products or services
- Negotiate terms and close sales agreements
- Maintain accurate sales records and prepare reports
- Handle customer inquiries and provide after-sales support
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to improve sales performance
- Minimum of SSCE/OND/HND/Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Proven experience in sales or customer service (preferred)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to meet sales targets and work independently
- Basic computer and CRM skills are an advantage
- Willingness to travel or work in the field when required
