Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Promote and market the company’s properties to prospective buyers and investors.
- Attend inquiries via phone calls, emails, social media, and walk-ins.
- Conduct property inspections, site visits, and presentations for clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their property needs.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing activities.
- Follow up with prospects and provide timely feedback and support.
- Negotiate and close sales deals in line with company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity, customer details, and transactions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and promotional materials.
- Stay updated on market trends, competing developments, and industry insights.
Requirements:
- OND/HND/Bachelor’s degree in any field (Business, Marketing, or related field is an advantage).
- 2 years of proven experience in sales (real estate experience is a plus).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong presentation and customer service abilities.
- Ability to work with sales targets and meet deadlines.
- Good knowledge of real estate markets and trends.
- Proficiency with CRM tools, MS Office, and social media platforms.
- Must be confident, persuasive, and self-driven.
Remuneration: NGN 150,000 - 200,000
