Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the company’s products or services.
Identify and approach potential customers through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Manage and grow existing customer accounts while sourcing new business opportunities.
Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations when required.
Negotiate sales agreements and close deals effectively.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in any field.
2–3 years proven experience in a sales role.
Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
