Are you confident, smart, and passionate about beauty products? We are a fast growing cosmetic company and we are looking for a result driven and passionate Sales Representative to join our team. The candidate will promote our products, build strong professional relationships, and drive sales growth.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell our range of cosmetic products across designated locations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and encourage repeat purchases.
  • Identify new sales opportunities and meet sales targets.
  • Represent the brand professionally and passionately in the field.
  • Stay updated on competitor prices and market trends.
  • Identify new market opportunities and recommend strategies for expansion.
  • Gather customer feedback to help improve products and sales strategy.
  • Ensure accurate invoicing, payment confirmation, and order recording.
  • Coordinate with the warehouse/operations team to ensure timely delivery.
  • Maintain a clean and organized sales record daily.
  • Open new business and distributorship channels for the organization.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor products. regulatory requirements



Requirements:

  • OND or equivalent; a degree in marketing or related field is a plus
  • Excellent communication , interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
  • Previous sales or marketing experience preferably in cosmetics or beauty industry is an added advantage
  • Strong knowledge of cosmetic products and beauty trends
  • Must be comfortable with field sales and client visits
  • Goal-oriented with a drive to achieve sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn about new products
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Willingness to travel for client visits and events
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
