Sales Representative

Responsibilities:

Sales & Customer Service:

• Welcome and attend to customers professionally.
• Understand customers' needs and recommend suitable products.
• Explain product features, benefits, prices, and promotions to customers.
• Actively promote products and encourage customers to make purchases.
• Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Follow up with customers where necessary to encourage repeat purchases.
• Build positive and lasting relationships with customers.
• Handle customer enquiries and complaints professionally and escalate issues when necessary.

Store Sales Operations:

• Process customer orders and sales accurately.
• Receive and record payments in accordance with company procedures.
• Issue receipts and maintain accurate sales records.
• Monitor product availability and inform management when stock is running low.
• Assist with stock counts and inventory checks.
• Ensure products are properly displayed, labelled, and presented.
• Keep the sales area clean, organised, and attractive to customers.

Technology & Digital Sales:

• Use POS systems, sales software, inventory platforms, and other digital tools required by the company.
• Process and track customer orders using digital platforms.
• Respond to customer enquiries through WhatsApp and other approved communication channels.
• Maintain accurate digital records of customers and sales.
• Support online or social-media-generated sales where required.
• Quickly learn and adapt to new software, applications, and digital systems.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience
• A minimum of a degree in a related field
