Sales Representative
Job summary
The business is expanding, and we are recruiting a Sales Representative to join the team. As a Sales Representative, you will be the face of the brand in the showroom — welcoming walk-in customers, helping them choose the right furniture, and turning enquiries into sales. This is a fully in-store role; no field work or outdoor sales. We are looking for confident, well-spoken individuals who love working with people and can represent a premium retail brand professionally.

Responsibilities:
- Welcome walk-in customers warmly and help them find the right products from our furniture and wood range.
- Respond to customer enquiries through WhatsApp, phone calls, social media, and in-person.
- Close sales by understanding customer needs and confidently recommending the right products.
- Log every customer's details into the company's CRM at the point of interaction (not on personal devices).
- Build relationships with customers to drive repeat purchases and referrals.
- Keep the showroom display clean, organised, and appealing at all times.
- Work with the Storekeeper to confirm product availability and arrange delivery.
- Hit individual and branch sales targets.
- Submit daily sales and activity reports to the Branch Manager.
Requirements:
- Minimum of HND or BSc in any discipline.
- 1–2 years' experience in a customer-facing retail, showroom, hospitality, or sales role.
- Excellent communication and fluency in English — this is essential.
- Strong customer service mindset, friendly and approachable.
- Confident, well-presented, and able to represent a premium brand.
- Honest, trustworthy, and accountable — customer data must always be protected.
- Reliable and punctual, with respect for proper notice and handover procedures.
- Comfortable using WhatsApp, smartphones, and basic CRM tools.
- Experience in furniture, home interiors, or FMCG retail is a strong advantage.
- Preference for candidates residing within or able to commute to the Lekki–Epe corridor easily
Location: Lekki–Epe Corridor (between Eleganza and Eleko), Lagos.
Remuneration: NGN 120,000
