Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Attend to customers courteously and professionally
- Facilitate sales and ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
- Record daily sales accurately and balance transactions at the end of each day.
- Assist in bringing goods from the store to the shop floor when needed.
- Keep the shop area clean, organised, and well-stocked.
- Use a computer or mobile device to record sales via the company’s sales application.
- Support inventory management and restocking processes.
- Provide feedback to management on customer preferences and stock needs.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: SSCE or OND.
- Basic accounting and numerical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to use a computer or mobile device for recording sales.
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is an advantage.
- Must be responsible, trustworthy, and well-organised.
Location: Lagos Island
Salary: ₦90,000 – ₦100,000
