Sales Representative

Responsibilities:

• Identify, contact, and develop new clients to advertise with the company’s media platforms.
• Sell advertising space, airtime, and promotional opportunities to businesses and organizations.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
• Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop tailored advertising solutions.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms with clients.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
• Prepare sales reports and maintain an up-to-date client database.

Requirements:

• Minimum of HND in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in media, advertising, or marketing industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Good understanding of media products and advertising strategies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Self-motivated, result-oriented, and customer-focused.
