Responsibilities:
- Drive sales of lubricants (engine oils, hydraulic oils, gear oils, greases, cutting fluids, etc.) to existing and new customers.
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities in the automotive, industrial, manufacturing, construction, marine, power plants, and fleet management sectors.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, distributors, workshops, fleet operators, and industrial end-users.
- Conduct regular sales visits, product presentations, and technical demonstrations to customers
- Provide expert advice on the right lubricant specifications and solutions based on customer equipment and operational needs.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms with customers while ensuring profitability.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities and threats.
- Work closely with the technical and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and excellent after-sales service.
- Prepare daily/weekly sales reports, forecasts, and customer visit reports.
- Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional activities as required.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience
- Minimum of an OND
