Responsibilities:
- Visit companies and businesses within and around Balogun Market to introduce and promote our hair products.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Present products to potential customers and communicate their features and benefits effectively.
- Follow up with prospects and convert leads into customers.
- Generate sales and work towards achieving assigned sales targets.
- Keep records of customer interactions, prospects, and sales activities.
- Provide feedback on customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Represent the company professionally when dealing with businesses and customers.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales, marketing, business development, or a related role is an advantage.
- Must be confident, outgoing, persuasive, and comfortable approaching businesses.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Must be proactive, hardworking, and customer-focused.
- Must be familiar with Balogun Market and its surrounding business environment.
- Candidates with experience selling hair, beauty, fashion, or related products will be an advantage.
