Job summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting sales targets, and building strong customer relationships to drive company revenue.

Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Present, promote, and sell company products/services to existing and prospective customers.
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule.
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
- Follow up on customer inquiries and provide after-sales support.
- Keep records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.
- Provide feedback to management on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
Requirements:
- Minimum of HND/Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience as a Sales Representative or in a similar role
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM software is an advantage.
