Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Customer Service & Sales:
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs.
- Demonstrate strong product knowledge to answer customer questions and make recommendations.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Guide customers through the purchase process, including upselling and cross-selling.
- Handle returns, exchanges, and customer concerns professionally.
Store Operations:
- Operate the cash register and process payments accurately.
- Ensure merchandise is well-stocked, organized, and attractively displayed.
- Assist with inventory counts and restocking.
- Maintain cleanliness and order in the store at all times.
- Follow store procedures, including opening and closing duties.
Teamwork & Communication:
- Collaborate with team members and report to the Store Manager.
- Communicate customer feedback and product issues to management.
- Participate in team meetings and product training sessions.
Requirements:
- Minimum of an OND qualification.
- Solid computer skills, including MS Excel.
- Knowledge of marketing techniques.
- Excellent Communication skills.
