Job Summary

The Sales Representative is responsible for delivering excellent customer service, driving sales, and maintaining an organized, welcoming store environment. This role supports the overall success of the store by helping customers find the right products, providing product knowledge, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.

  • Minimum Qualification : OND
  • Experience Level : Internship & Graduate
  • Experience Length : No Experience/Less than 1 year
  • Working Hours : Full Time

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

Customer Service & Sales:

  • Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs.
  • Demonstrate strong product knowledge to answer customer questions and make recommendations.
  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Guide customers through the purchase process, including upselling and cross-selling.
  • Handle returns, exchanges, and customer concerns professionally.


Store Operations:

  • Operate the cash register and process payments accurately.
  • Ensure merchandise is well-stocked, organized, and attractively displayed.
  • Assist with inventory counts and restocking.
  • Maintain cleanliness and order in the store at all times.
  • Follow store procedures, including opening and closing duties.


Teamwork & Communication:

  • Collaborate with team members and report to the Store Manager.
  • Communicate customer feedback and product issues to management.
  • Participate in team meetings and product training sessions.


Requirements:

  • Minimum of an OND qualification.
  • Solid computer skills, including MS Excel. 
  • Knowledge of marketing techniques.
  • Excellent Communication skills.
