Job Title: Sales Representative

Location: Ikate, Lekki

Employment Type: Full-Time

Reports To: Head of Sales

Salary: ₦200,000 – ₦250,000

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative with proven experience to join a growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, building client relationships, and closing deals to achieve revenue targets. This role requires a proactive self-starter with excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the company’s products or services.
• Identify and approach potential customers through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
• Manage and grow existing customer accounts while sourcing new business opportunities.
• Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations when required.
• Negotiate sales agreements and close deals effectively.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• 2–3 years proven experience in a sales role.
• Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
