Job summary
We are seeking a smart, customer-friendly, and sales-driven Sales Representative to join our retail team in Victoria Island. The ideal candidate will be responsible for attending to customers, promoting and selling kitchen utensils and gift items, maintaining attractive product displays, and supporting the achievement of sales targets.

Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and attend to customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Promote and sell kitchen utensils, gift items, and household products.
- Assist customers in selecting products that suit their needs and budget.
- Arrange, restock, and maintain neat product displays.
- Handle customer payments and issue receipts where necessary.
- Keep the store clean, organized, and attractive at all times.
- Monitor stock levels and report low, damaged, or missing items.
- Support the team in achieving daily and monthly sales targets.
- Provide excellent customer service and build positive customer relationships.
Requirements:
- Minimum of SSCE/OND qualification.
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is an added advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, presentable, and customer-oriented.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Basic numeracy and cash-handling skills.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and target-driven.
Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Remuneration: NGN 120,000
