Sales Representative
Job summary
We are seeking a proactive, customer-focused, and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will attend to customers at the store, promote products, generate leads through field marketing, and drive sales growth.

Responsibilities:
- Attend to customers at the store and provide excellent customer service.
- Promote and sell products to walk-in customers and prospective buyers.
- Conduct field marketing activities to attract new customers and generate sales leads.
- Identify potential customers and build relationships to increase sales.
- Follow up on leads and convert prospects into paying customers.
- Support sales and marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and revenue.
- Assist with social media management, content creation, and product promotion.
- Create basic marketing designs using Canva and assist with simple video editing.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and leads generated.
- Meet assigned sales targets and provide regular sales reports.
Requirements:
- HND or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Relevant sales, marketing, or customer service experience is an advantage.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to generate leads, attract customers, and close sales.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media management.
- Familiarity with Canva, content creation, and basic video editing.
- Confidence in approaching potential customers and conducting field marketing activities.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- An interest in fashion, retail, and e-commerce is an advantage.
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Renumeration:NGN150,000 – 200,000
