We are looking for a results-driven and strategic B2B Sales & Marketing Representative to join our team.This is a full-time role for a professional who can bridge the gap between high-level marketing strategy and aggressive sales execution.

Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Outreach: Identify and prospect high-value B2B accounts through cold calling, LinkedIn, and professional networking.
- Consultative Selling: Conduct discovery meetings to understand client needs and present tailored business solutions.
- Relationship Management: Manage the full sales cycle and maintain long-term partnerships with corporate clients.
- Reporting: Track and report on sales KPIs pipelines health for projects and customers.
Requirements:
- Education: Minimum of a bachelor’s degree (B.Sc) or HND in Marketing, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 5–10 years of proven experience in B2B sales, corporate marketing, or business development.
- Industry Knowledge: preferable who have proven experience in Air Conditioning systems or related fields
- Technical Skills: Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and social media.
- Communication: Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
