Job summary

We're looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Representative to sell our products/services to new and existing customers. You'll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with customers, and providing solutions that meet their needs. Your ultimate goal will be to meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth and success of our company. You're the face of the company, and your main goal is to sell, sell, sell! You'll be building relationships with customers, identifying their needs, and pitching products or services that fit the bill. Your ultimate aim is to meet or exceed sales targets

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

New Business Development:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals
  • Research potential customers and decision-makers to understand their needs and pain points
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to win new business

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
  • Understand customer needs and provide solutions that meet those needs
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products/services

Sales Growth:

  • Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets
  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve targets
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to optimize sales performance

Product/Service Knowledge:

  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products/services
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with internal teams (marketing, customer success, product) to achieve sales goals
  • Provide feedback on customer needs, preferences, and pain points


Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of sales experience (industry-specific experience a plus)
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets
  • CRM software skills (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Time management and organization skills
