Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide excellent in-store service.
- Assist customers in selecting beauty and skincare products that meet their needs.
- Explain product features, usage, and benefits.
- Manage product displays and ensure shelves are well-stocked and neatly arranged.
- Process sales transactions accurately and issue receipts.
- Maintain knowledge of new arrivals, promotions, and beauty trends.
- Keep the store clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Meet daily and monthly sales targets.
Requirements:
- Minimum of OND qualification
- Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in retail or cosmetics sales is an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, confident, and persuasive personality.
- Passion for beauty, skincare, and cosmetics.
- Must be honest, reliable, and punctual.
- Must live within or around Agege.
