Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers, answer their questions, help them locate items, and provide advice or recommendations.
- Operating scanners, scales, cash registers, and other electronics.
- Balancing the cash register and generating reports for credit and debit sales.
- Accepting payments, ensuring all prices and quantities are accurate, and providing a receipt to every customer.
- Processing refunds and exchanges, resolving complaints.
- Bagging or wrapping purchases to ensure safe transport.
- Maintaining a clean workspace.
- Assist in stocking and rotating merchandise
- Scan and bag items accurately and efficiently
- Stay up to date on merchandise promotions, advertisements, and product information
- Cross-sell products and introduce new ones
Requirements:
- Minimum of an HND in accounting or any related field
- Not more than 2- 3 years of work experience
- Good computer skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Must reside in Lekki or Ajah, or nearby
