We are recruiting on behalf of our client, an online alcohol retail platform, for the position below:

Responsibilities:
- Identify, prospect, and onboard new outlets to expand distribution and visibility.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing accounts to ensure continuous product availability and reorder cycles.
- Assist with the execution of brand activations, in-store tastings, and promotional activities to drive trial and conversion.
- Drive monthly and quarterly sales targets across assigned on-trade and off-trade accounts.
- Ensure brand visibility through placement, point-of-sale materials, and promotional
- displays.
- Train outlet staff and bartenders on product knowledge, serving rituals, and brand storytelling.
- Track and report sales performance, route coverage, and market feedback every week
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends, providing actionable insights to management
- Maintain an updated database of customers and sales activities.
- Other responsibilities as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of two years of sales experience.
- Experience in the beverage, FMCG, or alcohol industry (spirits experience preferred)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Results-oriented and self-motivated.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- knowledge of the on-trade and off-trade landscape within the assigned territory.
- Passion for premium alcoholic beverages and brand storytelling.
Location: Lekki, Lagos
Work Mode: Hybrid
Work Hours: 9:00 AM-5:00 PM
Remuneration: NGN 250,000 - NGN 300,000 monthly
