As part of our growth strategy, we are seeking dynamic and results-driven Sales Representatives to join our team. The ideal candidates will have a passion for sales and excellent communication skills.
Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned territories.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Present and promote company products and services to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of sales agreements.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare and deliver sales reports and forecasts to management.
- Collaborate with internal teams (production, logistics, and customer service) to ensure client needs are met.
- Stay up to date with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Requirements:
- Must reside on Lagos Island or very close to the island.
- Must be able to work under pressure with or without supervision
- Minimum of HND / Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Preferably a Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, within the manufacturing or industrial sector
- Strong client relationship management and customer service skills.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Social Media Marketing.
- Knowledge of Email marketing (preferred)
- Willingness to travel as required.
