Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new prospects through various methods like cold calling, referrals, and marketing-generated leads. 
  • Customer Engagement: Conduct sales presentations, educate potential customers on product features and benefits, and respond to their inquiries and concerns. 
  • Sales Management: Manage the sales process from initial contact to closing deals, including negotiating contracts and determining pricing. 
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients to ensure satisfaction and foster loyalty. 
  • Performance Monitoring: Track sales performance, analyze market trends, and report on sales activities to management.
  • Market Understanding: Stay informed about industry developments and competitor activities to position products effectively. 


Requirements:

  • Minimum of HND/BSC. or B.Eng.
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in sales
  • Resilience
  • Excellent communication skills
