Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop sales strategies to achieve organizational sales, goals, and revenues
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets
- Work on sales scripts with the sales team and agent.
- Track, collate, and interpret sales figures and reporting
- Control expenses and monitor budgets.
- Reach out to potential clients
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
Requirements:
- A minimum of three years experience as a real estate sales executive.
- Previous exposure and access to a good network of customer base e.g. Diaspora, cooperative, developers, estate agents etc.Â
- Strong analytical skills with strategic focus and mindsetÂ
- Effective communication and presentation skills to be able to engage, and win customers
- Understanding of the sales management process
- Excellent Negotiation skills
- Good understanding of real estate financeÂ
- Sales leadership qualities
- Good interpersonal relationship skills.
- Proven track record of success selling landed assets and servicesÂ
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from the planning stage to the execution stage
- Ability to prepare and present a comprehensive marketing report.
- Strong presentation skills with strong use of Microsoft PowerPoint
- Ability to negotiate and close out deals.
- Candidates must reside on the Island (Lekki and its environs)
Work Type: Hybrid
Remuneration: NGN 230,000 Net plus commission
