Responsibilities:
- Negotiate prices, terms, and contract conditions to close sales while maintaining target profit margins.
- Act as the primary, trusted point of contact, building high-touch relationships that foster customer retention, repeat business, and local referrals.
- Work closely with business owners or founders to share customer feedback, helping refine offerings, pricing strategies, and marketing messages.
- Assist with initial client onboarding, answer post-purchase questions, and help resolve customer issues to maintain high satisfaction levels.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification of OND.
- 1 year of previous experience in a similar role.
- Fluent in English.
- Computer literacy is an added advantage.
