Responsibilities:
- Source new clients and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Promote and market loan products to individuals and businesses.
- Conduct credit appraisals and loan assessments.
- Guide clients through the loan application process.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal guidelines.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth objectives.
Requirements:
- Minimum of OND/HND/B.Sc. in Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, or financial services (experience in microfinance or lending is an advantage).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Goal-oriented with a passion for customer service and financial inclusion.
- Comfortable with high-volume targets.
- Familiarity with Abuja's business environment is a plus.
