The Sales Representative at Pinnacle Books International is responsible for promoting and selling the company's educational books, learning resources, and related products to schools, educational institutions, corporate organizations, and individual customers.

Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell the company's educational books, publications, and other learning resources to schools, educational institutions, bookstores, corporate organizations, and individual customers.

Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, and field visits.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and sales meetings with clients.
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate prices where applicable, and close sales.
- Follow up on customer inquiries, orders, deliveries, and after-sales support.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline using approved reporting tools.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify business opportunities.
- Participate in exhibitions, book fairs, school visits, promotional events, and marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely product delivery.
- Submit periodic sales reports and forecasts to management.
- Ensure the timely collection of customer payments in line with company policies.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification of BSC
- 1 year of previous experience in a similar role
