Responsibilities:
- Conduct gym tours and explain membership packages
- Follow up on leads via calls, WhatsApp, and walk-ins
- Meet monthly sales targets and maintain client records
- Promote gym offers and events on social media and in-house
- Provide excellent customer service to new and existing members
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills
- Target-driven with a friendly, outgoing personality
- Basic knowledge of fitness or willingness to learn
- Comfortable using WhatsApp Business and basic CRM tools
