We are seeking a results-driven Sales Representative to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and contributing to the overall success of the sales team.

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:
  • Present, promote, and sell company products and services to existing and prospective customers.
  • Identify and generate new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Negotiate and close sales contracts with prospective clients while ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
  • Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments to achieve company targets.
  • Prepare and submit accurate weekly and monthly sales reports.
  • Provide management with detailed reports on customer needs, challenges, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
  • Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
  • Continuously improve sales performance through feedback, training, and market research.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

Requirements:
  • Minimum of 1 year of proven experience as a Sales Representative or in a similar sales role.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work with little or no supervision and manage time effectively.
  • Proven ability to approach, engage, and convince potential clients.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a passion for meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Must reside within or around the Lekki–Ajah Axis.
