Job summary
We are seeking a Sales Representative who will be responsible for driving product sales while delivering exceptional in-store customer experience. You will support clients through their purchasing journey from initial inquiry to product recommendations, complaint resolution, and after-sales follow-up.

Responsibilities:
- Engage walk-in clients and provide personalized product recommendations based on their skincare needs.
- Drive sales by actively promoting products, treatments, and ongoing promotions.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via in-store conversations, phone, email, and WhatsApp.
- Provide accurate information about products, treatment offerings, and pricing to guide client decisions.
- Follow up with clients after purchases or treatments to check satisfaction, encourage reorders, and gather feedback.
- Manage and resolve complaints with empathy, ensuring timely and appropriate service recovery.
- Document interactions, sales activities, and client feedback accurately in the CRM system.
- Escalate complex issues to supervisors or technical/clinical staff as required.
- Support client retention efforts through rebooking, referral prompts, loyalty program invitations, and membership sales.
- Maintain product knowledge and stay up to date on new arrivals and training.
- Track and report key sales and service indicators such as conversion rates, customer satisfaction scores, and repeat visit rates.
- Ensure the store environment is welcoming, well-organized, and compliant with customer communication and sales protocols.
- Other responsibilities as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 1–3 years’ experience in sales and customer service within FMCG, beauty, retail, or healthcare.
- Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell and cross-sell effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and customer engagement abilities.
- Ability to multitask and manage high inquiry volumes.
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining professionalism.
- Problem-solving, service recovery, and decision-making skills.
- Attention to detail and customer empathy.
- Team player with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and basic record management.
- Knowledge of skincare products and treatments.
- Understanding of customer service and sales KPIs.
- Basic knowledge of complaint handling and escalation processes.
- Awareness of confidentiality and client data protection standards.
