Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking, social media, and walk-in customer engagement.
- Customer Consultation: Greet and assist customers, providing detailed information about products/services to help them make informed purchasing decisions.
- Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets to contribute to company growth.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Inventory & Merchandising: Ensure the sales floor or showroom is well-stocked, organized, and reflects the brand’s premium image.
- Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, customer feedback, and daily activity reports.
- Payment Processing: Handle financial transactions accurately and ensure all sales documentation is completed correctly.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of verifiable experience in sales, preferably within the luxury retail, real estate, or high-end service sectors in Lagos.
- A Bachelor’s degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to persuade and influence high-net-worth clients.
- Proficiency in using Point of Sale (POS) systems, CRM software, and basic Microsoft Office (Excel/Word).
- Polished appearance, a confident personality, and a customer-centric mindset.
- Must reside in or around the Lekki/Ajah axis to ensure punctuality and ease of commute.
