Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers warmly and provide excellent service throughout their shopping experience.
- Assess customers’ needs and recommend suitable skincare, makeup, and beauty products.
- Demonstrate product application techniques (e.g. skincare routines, makeup tutorials).
- Maintain strong product knowledge across all brands and categories.
- Ensure product displays, shelves, and testers are clean, attractive, and fully stocked.
- Assist with in-store promotions, product launches, and live demos.
- Build long-term relationships with customers to encourage loyalty and repeat purchases.
- Handle customer complaints politely and professionally, escalating when necessary.
Requirements:
- Minimum of OND
- 1–3 years’ experience in beauty retail, cosmetics sales, or a related role.
- Strong passion for beauty, skincare, and cosmetics.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Smart, confident, and well-groomed appearance at all times.
- Good understanding of customer service and sales techniques.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and under minimal supervision
- Applicant must reside in orile, costain ,Lagos island.
