Sales Representative

Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell the company's products and services to customers.
• Assist customers with product inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
• Maintain positive and professional relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall store revenue growth.
• Coordinate and monitor sales activities within assigned retail outlets or market locations.
• Ensure products are properly displayed, stocked, and merchandised to maximize sales.
• Monitor inventory levels and report stock shortages or replenishment needs.
• Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate records using computer systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Process customer orders, payments, and related documentation accurately.
• Handle customer complaints and inquiries professionally and promptly.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma
• Proficiency in computer operations 
• Previous sales, customer service, retail, or marketing experience is an added advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Polite, professional, and customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet sales targets.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
