Responsibilities:
- Responding promptly to inbound queries regarding pricing, availability, and product specifications
- Maintaining regular contact with prospects to nurture relationships and move them forward in the sales cycle
- Showcasing product features and benefits to prospective clients, either in person or virtually, to explain how it solves their problems.
- Assessing prospective customers to determine if they have the need, budget, and authority to purchase the product or service
- Working alongside marketing and customer service departments to align on strategies and ensure a high-quality customer experience.
Requirements:
- Minimum OND
- 1 year of previous experience in a similar role
